Kanenus Technologies Successfully Completes Major Project for the FDRE Ministry of Finance

Kanenus Technologies is proud to announce the near completion of our significant project titled “Consultancy Service for Website Development for 13 Regional Finance Bureaus of Ethiopia, Implementation of Blocked Supplier List Management Module, Task Monitoring Tool, and Content Management System.” This project was awarded by the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia (FDRE) Ministry of Finance and involved a comprehensive overhaul and modernization of digital infrastructure for the Ministry.

1. Completion of the Inception Report:

• Delivered a detailed initial report outlining the project’s objectives, scope, and deliverables, providing a clear roadmap for successful execution.

2. Thorough Gathering and Analysis of Requirements:

• Conducted extensive requirement-gathering sessions with all 13 Regional Finance Bureaus, followed by comprehensive analysis and presentation to the Ministry.

3. Detailed Requirement Analysis and Documentation:

• Developed essential documents, including the System Architecture, Software Requirements Specifications (SRS), Database Documentation, and UI/UX Design based on the gathered requirements.

4. Productive Validation Workshops:

• Organized and conducted validation workshops across all regions to refine system functionality and ensure usability, gathering valuable feedback from stakeholders.

5. Successful Deployment :

• Deployed the system on EthioTelecom Server, ensuring robust hosting and domain setup for all 13 regions, facilitating seamless integration and accessibility.

6. Comprehensive Final Training Sessions:

• Delivered extensive training sessions to all stakeholders, ensuring they are well-equipped to utilize the new system effectively.

7. Preparation of Thorough Manual Documentation:

• Created detailed manuals on system usage, complemented by a helpful video course, providing continuous support and guidance for end-users.

8. SLA Signature and Supporting for 2 Years:

• Signed a Service Level Agreement (SLA) to provide ongoing support and maintenance for the next two years, ensuring sustained system performance and user satisfaction.
